Cleaning your printer

For the last few years or more we have not had any problems printing our cable labels and the same with our customers, but before that we use to have to clean the glue off the printer after using our old supplier from the UK (SM) products as it seemed to  build up on the guides etc.

After printing over 250 sheets this week of our TCL-49 the which are the same size as the LSL-77, just easier to install we decided to have a look at our printer.

As you can see all the four point we check are very clean with no buildup of anything, two years ago these had glue on them and this made the rollers pull the old manufactures labels apart and since the had an old layout it just ripped the front off the labels sheets.
