Three years ago we dumped our UK supplier for our great made in the USA products, which we have our own brand and quality control which is more than our old supplier ever did.
BAD die cutting 2014
Our old supplier was trying to fix problems with die cutting, the cable labels had not been cut between them and messed the whole page up trying to get them off the sheet.
BAD leading edge 2012 – 2014
The leading edge of the cable label sheets pulled off by the rollers as it was feeding as it was not fixed to the back sheet.
BAD white area
The print area was washed out, so the black text could not be seen on dark cables and they just looked bad, we have spent the last two years changing over four thousand cable labels for this problem to our new white and bright TCL-49.
BAD software
The software built-in 2008 crashed when importing any excel sheet more than 3000 labels and a few other bugs.
BAD storage
The cable label sheets had a curl from the box which caused them to jam in the printer, never fix that,
